Off market homes are sellers which are not listed in the Toronto MLS or available online and do not want to be listed with a real estate agent at this time; however, they are willing to sell their home to a qualified buyer who will meet their terms and conditions for a sale.

Here's how it works...

▪️ You must be fully qualified by a lender, or have proof of funds for a cash sale
▪ A 20-minute meeting to qualify what areas, size of home, style of home, or special amenities you are considering, i.e., waterfront, city view, acreage, luxury home, etc.
▪ If you are currently under a "Buyers Agreement" with a real estate broker, you will have to wait until your contract expires or canceled.
▪ You must allow the seller extra time to secure their next home.
